This is not a recipe…

Last night’s dinner: sweet potatoes, onions, broccoli, beets, and garlic, seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, olive oil, and maple syrup, baked at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, and served over quinoa.
